FIT cancellations: one day prior the arrival by 2 p.m. without a charge.
If the cancellation is made after the dates mentioned above or not at all, the hotel reserves a right to charge a cancellation fee which equals to one-night room rate.
Payment with credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) beforehand when making the reservation.
In the event of force majeure or other causes not attributable to Holiday Club Resorts Oy (e.g., fire or water damage), the company is entitled to cancel the reservation. In these cases, the customer has the right to a full refund of any paid sum. If the payments regarding the reservation are not made on time, Holiday Club Resorts Oy is permitted to cancel the reservation.
Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. If smoking has occurred in a room, we will charge the guests for the cleaning expenses, which will amount to at least €300. The person who made the reservation is obliged to compensate for any damage caused to the room or anything in it. In locations where pets are allowed, notification of the pet must be given when making the reservation. The pet fee is 10 €/night in hotel rooms or 35 €/stay in the apartments. If no advance notification is given, Holiday Club Resorts Oy will charge fee afterwards three times. Hotel guests are obliged to collect their pet’s droppings from the courtyard areas.
All comments and complaints regarding the amenities and condition of the hotel must be immediately submitted to the hotel reception. If the situation is not rectified, the customer is entitled to lodge a written complaint with Holiday Club Resorts Oy for further processing within a week from the end of the stay. By neglecting to contact the reception regarding any possible problems during the stay, the customer forfeits any right to compensation.
