Parking in Saariselkä is free in outdoor areas. There is a paid parking garage (12 € per day) next to Villas Spa Lodge 1 and Villas 2. Reservation and payment at the reception.

There are no charging stations in the resort area; please explore the other offerings in the area.

Depends on the availability. You can inquire about it from the hotel reception the day of your arrival.

For guests arriving outside of opening hours, a key envelope will be left in the key box on the left side of the hotel entrance for those who have made a reservation. The envelope will be in their name and will contain the keys, information, and a map if needed. The reception will notify the guest via text message or phone call with the code to open the key box.

Guests departing outside of opening hours are instructed to leave the keys in the key box.

Late check-ins (after 6 PM) do not need to be reported. If you pay for your reservation at the destination and arrive after 6 PM, you can guarantee your reservation in advance using your credit card.

Breakfast is included in the price of the hotel room. If you are staying in a holiday apartment, you can purchase the breakfast in the main building for an additional fee.

Yes, we do! Please inform us of your allergy when making the reservation. The rooms have laminate flooring, and allergy-friendly blankets and pillows are available. Customers traveling with pets are always placed in different rooms than those with allergies.

Of course! Pets are welcome; please inform us of their arrival when making the reservation. The pet fee is €35 per stay in holiday apartments and spa hotels. The fee is per apartment, meaning multiple pets can stay for the same price.

There is no pet fee for guide dogs or service dogs.

However, you must still book a pet-friendly room and include a note about the guide dog or service dog in the reservation details. This ensures that the resort can assign you the correct type of room.

Overnight stays in a camping van is prohibited in the area of our resorts and holiday apartments.

Yes, indeed! Travel beds are available in limited quantities for hotel rooms and holiday apartments for an additional fee. We recommend reserving a travel bed while making your accommodation booking.

The price of the Economy and Standard family rooms includes accommodation for a family of four; a Superior family room is also available, accommodating the same number of guests. The rooms have either a double bed or two separate beds, along with a pull-out sofa bed.

Booking two adjacent rooms is also a practical option, especially with older children, if you want privacy and space. In online reservations, this information should be noted in the additional information field.
