- Gift card purchases are subject to a 14-day exchange and refund policy.
- Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Accommodation bookings paid with gift cards can only be made through customer service or destination sales services by phone or email.
- When loading more value to an existing gift card, the value will be loaded within 2-3 working days from purchase

- Holiday Club is not liable for delays in postal delivery during disruption in Postal services
