The ice arena can be transformed into a venue for up to 2,000 guests.

The conference wing of Holiday Club Saimaa is on the entry floor of the spa hotel.

Dinner galas, dances, concerts, trade fairs, conferences... The Holiday Club Arena can meet your needs. And remember that the ice is waiting underneath – what can we get you?

The meeting rooms have the necessary conference and AV equipment at no additional cost.

The staff at Holiday Club Saimaa wish you a fun evening.

The Holiday Club Arena is circled with boxes that are ideal for small meetings or group work. When the arena is transformed into a stage, the boxes become VIP seats with catering.

Additional Conference Programmes

While having a conference at Holiday Club Saimaa, you can also utilise our diverse selection of activities. Surprise your guests by arranging additional programming: make pirouettes on the Holiday Club Arena, enjoy the special saunas in the sauna world or the more traditional sauna in the pool section. The height of the sauna experience is the smoke sauna on the roof of the hotel. The spa with different pools and the waterslide from the roof guarantee an unforgettable experience.
