New Harmony Spa at Holiday Club Tampereen Kylpylä

Great experiences and comprehensive well-being

The treatment section at Holiday Club Tampereen Kylpylä has been renewed. The new Harmony Spa concept will also be gradually extended to other Holiday Club spas, including Holiday Club Saimaa, which will open in October.

“The change of owner in early March gave a good impetus to change as Holiday Club regained ownership of the spa. The new treatment section is in line with our great resort, offering comprehensive well-being to holiday makers and local visitors alike,” says Jaana Kariskoski, Hotel Manager of Holiday Club Tampereen Kylpylä.

At the heart of the Harmony Spa concept are the provision of comprehensive service, adequate consideration of the individual needs of customers, pampering and well-being. The concept will be gradually extended to other Holiday Club spas, including Holiday Club Saimaa, which will open in October. However, attention will be paid to the special characteristics of each location; in Tampere, for example, beauty treatments and various massages play an important role.

The cosmetics partners selected were French professional products Guinot and Decléor. Also used is the bareMinerals series of mineral makeup products. The facilities got a whole new look, and the treatment rooms were fitted with Guinot equipment, among others. The treatment centre also features a large shop where cosmetologists will help you select the right skin care products.

Holidays near home and group packages

“We wanted to offer a thorough experience, beginning from the moment you enter the treatment centre and put on a soft dressing gown. You are not expected to know what your skin needs as our skilled cosmetologists will first do a skin analysis to determine your special needs. On your way in and out, you can enjoy the spa relaxation room, with candles, music, flavoured water and small snacks to set your mind in the right mood,” Kariskoski says.

You can spend the whole day at Harmony Spa, enjoying a relaxing day spa experience, which you can combine with swimming and dining or, say, a theatre visit or a glimpse of the city’s nightlife – after all, the resort is situated right next to the centre of Tampere.

“Locals are also welcome here to have a holiday near home,” Kariskoski says with a smile. “People have indeed found us, and our new selection has received lots of delighted feedback.”

The services can also be combined into packages, so the spa can offer tailored solutions for groups, couples or, say, bachelor parties.

“For example, lately we have organised group packages where the gentlemen take part in a cooking lesson in our Klubikeittiö kitchen while the ladies enjoy our Spa treatments,” Kariskoski says. “Another nice time was when a group of men who came here for a conference started their meeting with an Energise Your Feet group treatment. The meeting is sure to start nicely when you get a glass of sparkling wine in your hand and your feet in a bucket.”

“Treatments can also be ordered for our suites – as a gift or surprise,” Kariskoski says.
