Ski Summer or Winter
At Holiday Club Katinkulta, outdoors men and women are surrounded by Vuokatti’s rugged landscape and 200 km of cross-country skiing trails both on land and on ice. The area also has an extensive number of well-maintained snowmobile trails.
Located just 3 km from Katinkulta, the Vuokatti ski center has 12 slopes that offer something for everyone. Warm, snow-less weather is not a problem for real skiers because the conditions are always good at Vuokatti—the cross-country and snowboarding tunnels are open in both winter and summer. A ski bus runs between the ski center and Katinkulta regularly.
Go on a snowmobile safari, snowshoeing or a husky drive. You should also try a skating excursion on natural ice at least once on your holiday. You can conveniently rent all the equipment on Katinkulta’s beach.
